The location was convenient and absolutely perfect for walking around the Chemung Valley History Museum. We found it in a downtown area near First Arena. The on-site restaurant was a great amenity. We could see the river right outside the window.

The service is friendly, and there's convenient parking available; they offer a nice selection for breakfast, the location is excellent near both the river and downtown making it easy to access and very comfortable.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Elmira, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel had an indoor pool, although I didn't get a chance to use it. I appreciated having a restaurant and bar on-site, and the $10 voucher for breakfast was a nice touch. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and having a microwave and mini fridge was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Charlene, Melissa gave us an excellent aervice. I liked the list of restaurants they have near the hotel vicinity. They also suggested the best restaurants on the lists whicht family enjoyed dining. Our rooms were ao clean and we had a choice to change our linens daily if we want which is great. We never had this experience in other holiday inn hotels we stayed. Excellent job from the staff and we will book again on December for Miami trip.

The location of the hotel was great for us, as it was right off the highway and provided easy access to Elmira, NY. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the river right outside our window. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided good service and were friendly.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming, and it's convenient to park your car right outside; the location is great, just a mile away from a performing arts theater.

Bed was not like a cloud-- actually a little hard - would have liked more padding, though do appreciate firmness. STAFF WAS SUPERBLY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY and appeared to be a working family team!

Great value for money, clean and comfortable room, convenient location for exploring the area. The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a small bottle of champagne to celebrate our new grandchild. Very kind and thoughtful.
